Tlatseng was founded in March 2022 to meet a rising need: organizations and ministries doing
remarkable work in their communities, but battling resource scarcity that
threatens to slow them down. We exist to change that. Through strategic partnerships with individuals and businesses,
we channel financial support and essential resources to trusted grassroots
organizations, helping them serve the poor, care for orphans, and reach
vulnerable communities with dignity and compassion. Our mission is simple, but
powerful: Strengthen those already making an impact, so they can go further, do more, and
keep hope alive.
The name Tlatseng comes from the Tswana word for “re-filling.” It reflects our commitment to replenishing the hands that serve, ensuring no
one has to stop doing good for lack of means.

Our Vision
At Tlatseng, we believe in the power of collective compassion to transform
lives. Our vision is to uplift and empower humanitarian-focused organizations
and ministries that are already committed and equipped to serve those facing
urgent need. By providing strategic financial support, we help these trusted
partners strengthen their capacity to alleviate hunger and advance food
security across African communities; fueling lasting impact where it matters
most.
Our Commitment
At Tlatseng NPC, we believe that lasting change begins
with collaboration. That’s why we’re committed to cultivating meaningful relationships, not only
with the communities we serve, but also with like-minded non-profits that share
our vision for a more just and compassionate world.
Our leadership team brings passion, humility, and hands-on
experience to every partnership. We understand that collective impact requires
more than good intentions, it takes shared purpose, mutual trust, and a
willingness to work side by side. Whether through strategic collaboration, resource-sharing,
or standing in solidarity during critical moments, we’re here to strengthen and
support the humanitarian ecosystem.
We don’t just aim to do good, we aim to do
it better, together. Because when we connect our strengths, we multiply our
impact. One relationship at a time. Together restoring dignity, meeting urgent needs, and building
futures filled with possibility.
Re-filling the bowl — one gift at a time.

Unlike traditional non-profits, we're not focused on a single cause, we're focused on ensuring generosity makes its intended impact. Every donor has a vision for their contribution. Our role is to validate the need and make sure that support goes exactly where it's meant to go.
Our philosophy is simple: "You determine the outcome, while we validate the need." It's not about us - it's about creating a system where donors feel confident, non-profits get the support they need, and communities experience real change.
Rachel is one born of the blood and water - a redeemed daughter in God’s family, part of His Kingdom and priesthood. She is harvested, sealed, and recreated according to the Holy Bible, the only true Word of the Most High.
A devoted mother of four, Rachel carries a burning mission: to evangelize the everlasting Kingdom of God, proclaim His soon return, and testify of His unfailing love for all creation. Her calling is to awaken hearts to the plan of salvation, to announce the good news of peace and hope in a Kingdom that will never pass away, where life is eternal.
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge” (Hosea 4:6).
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11).
At the core of her journey is this unshakable truth: the love of a Father.
Ria is a dedicated family woman, business woman, and passionate ministry figure with a strong commitment to humanitarian work. With experience in IT and business data analysis, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with major in Accountancy, along with a Bachelor of Ministry, a Master’s degree in Sociology, and two Doctorate degrees (PhDs) in Divinity, Theology, and Christian Counseling.
Driven by her deep love for people, animals, and nature, Ria recognized the challenges of accountability, transparency, and responsibility within humanitarian structures. This realization led her to advocate for and support non-profits that often go unnoticed in corporate funding structures, giving rise to these impactful initiatives.
Together with her husband, Morné, she co-founded two non-profit organizations:
(1) Tlatseng – committed to managing and delivering humanitarian aid across Africa, currently focusing on Southern Africa.
(2) Nikeza – committed to managing and delivering diverse humanitarian-focused projects.
