What we do:

Your generous donation to Tlatseng is tax deductible under
Section 18A of the Income Tax Act, 1962 (South African law). Upon request, we
will provide you with an official tax certificate summarizing your
contributions at the end of the tax year, enabling you to claim your rightful
tax benefits from SARS.
Important to Note:
To qualify for this tax exemption, your donation must be a voluntary,
unconditional gift given out of generosity, where the recipient benefits and
the donor does not receive any personal gain. There must be no reciprocal
obligations or direct or indirect benefits to the donor or any related party.
Any consideration or benefit attached to the donation disqualifies it from
being classified as a deductible gift.
